Refund Policy

Order cancellation terms: • Before Production Start (within 48 hours of order): - Full refund minus 5% processing fee - Cancellation must be in writing • During Production (before completion): - Up to 70% refund depending on production stage - Detailed cost breakdown will be provided - Material costs may be deducted • After Production Completion: - Cancellation subject to restocking fees - Shipping costs non-refundable - Custom modifications non-refundable

Standard processing times for refunds: • Initial Review: 2-3 business days • Approval Process: 3-5 business days • Bank Processing: 5-10 business days Total refund processing time may take up to 15 business days depending on your bank and payment method.

For refund processing, please provide: • Original purchase order number • Written cancellation request • Reason for cancellation • Bank account details • Company details • Authorized signatory approval All documents must be submitted on company letterhead where applicable.

The following are non-refundable: • Custom mold designs • Specialized modifications • Installation costs • Training fees • Shipping and handling charges • Import duties and taxes • Third-party service charges

Partial refunds may be issued in cases of: • Production stage cancellations • Modified standard equipment • Partially completed installations • Special order components • Currency exchange rate changes Each case will be evaluated individually based on the specific circumstances.

For quality-related issues: • Inspection must be done within 30 days • Issues must be documented with photos/videos • Technical team assessment required • Replacement parts will be provided first • Full refund only if repair is impossible • Return shipping covered for valid claims

Refunds will be processed through: • Original payment method when possible • Bank wire transfer for international orders • Company check for domestic orders • Letter of Credit reversal where applicable Processing fees may apply depending on the payment method.

Special consideration for refunds in cases of: • Force majeure events • Regulatory changes • Import/export restrictions • Company bankruptcy • Natural disasters • Unforeseen technical limitations Each case will be reviewed individually by management.

Deposit refund policies: • Initial deposits (30%): Partially refundable • Progress payments: Subject to work completed • Final payments: Non-refundable after shipping • Security deposits: Fully refundable • Maintenance deposits: Pro-rated refund
